I’m Goodness Olawale. I’ve spent the last 6 years doing one thing: learning how to make brands grow not through hype, but through execution.

My journey started in 2019 as a graphic designer. I was building visuals before I even fully understood the power behind them. That curiosity led me to brand strategy in 2020  and by 2021, I was deep into full-scale marketing strategy.

I wasn’t chasing likes. I was learning what moved people. What built trust. What actually converted.

In 2023, I moved to the UK. I studied Digital Marketing at the University of Salford and graduated in 2024 with Distinction but my real education came from working with real clients and brands along the way.

Now, I’m a partner at an offline marketing firm here in Manchester, where I work across digital and physical campaigns. I’ve built strategies that work in the real world, and helped people grow into roles they never thought they’d reach.
